Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.  Orders are shipped Fedex Ground.  FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes.  Please place orders with physical addresses only.  For orders to HI or AK email support @petfleameds.com for quote.  State Sales tax will be charged for all items sent within Florida and California.

RETURNS:

Returns are only accepted for lost or damaged shipments.  Review your order carefully before submitting payment.  Place firm orders only.  In the event a return is necessary due to being damaged or lost, please contact us at support@petfleameds.com for instructions within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  Include your name, contact information, and the purchase order number in your email.  We will get back to you within 48 hours.  Original packaging, instruction booklet, warranty cards, invoice, etc must accompany returned item. 

Please do not send returns to petfleameds.com without prior authorization.  We will direct you where to send your return.  A copy of your invoice must accompany all returns.  We will not be responsible for your return shipping costs unless items were damaged upon arrival.
