Dual action formula-double layer sustained release system containing three active ingredients for fast acting, quick kill and long lasting head to tail protection. Fresh clean scent provides a pleasant fragrance for pets and people.

Preventic Tick Collar For Dogs Kills ticks for three months. Effective within 24 hours and continues to actively kill ticks for the next three months as long as the collar is worn. Active ingredient is not an insecticide. Does not kill or control flea populations nor can it be used for cats. Contains: 1 25" dog collar for dogs 12 weeks or older.

How this product should be used: Place the color around the pet¿s neck, adjust for fit and buckle in place. Leave 2 or 3 inches for extra adjustment. Cut off and dispose of excess length. Wash hands after installing collar on pet. Read manufacturers directions to determine when the collar should be replaced. For more severe infestation and where continued rapid kill is desired consult your veterinarian.

What are the side effects: Sensitivities may occur after using any pesticide product for pets. If signs of sensitivity occur remove the collar and bathe the pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. Some animals may become irritated by any collar. If this occurs remove collar. If condition persists, consult a veterinarian. Also consult a veterinarian before using this product on debilitated, aged, pregnant, medicated, or nursing animals.

What special precautions are there: Do not get the dust that forms on the collar in mouth or eyes. Do not use on pets less than 12 weeks of age.
