How secure is petfleameds.com?

Petfleameds.com takes security very seriously.  We have taken several steps to protect and secure your information.  Security of information in transit to and from our web site is encrypted using SSL encryption protocols.  We will never share or sell your information.

 

What shipping methods do you use?

We use FedEx Ground.   You will get a tracking number with your shipping confirmation email.  FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.  All orders must have physical address. 

What is your return policy?

In the event a return is necessary due to being damaged or lost, please contact us at support@petfleameds.com for instructions within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  Include your name, contact information, and the purchase order number in your email.  We will get back to you within 48 hours.  Returns are accepted for damaged or lost items only.  Original packaging, instruction booklet, warranty cards, invoice, etc must accompany returned item. 

Please do not send returns to petfleameds.com without prior authorization.  We will direct you where to send your return.  A copy of your invoice must accompany all returns.  We will not be responsible for your return shipping costs unless items were damaged upon arrival.
